Born in Veroia, Greece (1984), and raised in Berlin, Germany, Nikos holds a degree in theater studies from the University of Patras in Greece and has completed a three-year program in modern and contemporary dance at the vocational dance school Danceworks in Berlin. The dual foundation of academic and artistic training has shaped his approach to the performing and visual arts. 

As a dancer and stage performer, Nikos has performed for renowned directors, choreographers and artists, contributing to a wide range of productions in the fields of opera, dance, musical theater and performance art. He has worked, among others, for Lydia Steier, Robert Wilson, Marina Abramovic, Allora and Calzadilla, Renè Pollesch and Barrie Kosky and has performed in prestigious venues including the Staatsoper, Deutsche Oper and Komische Oper in Berlin, Volksbühne Berlin, Musiktheater an der Wien and Hebbel Theater Berlin. Since 2016 Nikos has maintainted an ongoing collaboration with theater director Claus Guth participating in several productions, notably Il viaggio Dante, which was showing at the internationally acclaimed Aix en Provence festival in 2022.

With many years of expertise in the performing arts, Nikos artistic practice extends into the fields of choreography and direction as well as photography. He occasionally assists the work of choreographers Sommer Ullrickson and Anna Anderregg. In 2022 Nikos had the opportunity to accompany Anna Anderegg to the CINARS Biennale in Montreal, Canada, gathering insights into the global presentation of contemporary dance and theater.

As a photographer, Nikos specializes in portrait and people photography, as well as urban and interior photography. He has worked for advertising agencies, where he has photographed numerous actors and models. Using photography as a medium for storytelling, he creates various projects that often extend into video works, combining visual narratives with mixed media elements. Additionaly Nikos has placed his photographic focus on queer and male photography shaped by his own perspective as a queer artist.
